Decorations

An app/website where people rate their or other people's/neighborhood holiday decorations.

Functionally, as you zoom out you only get the highest ratings and as you Zoom in you get the lower ones. You cannot give anyone a zero rating because everyone starts there and people put up decorations at different times. If you put a picture up of decorations your rating is scaled to be worth more.
