The Purification of Waiting and Suffering

Today we look at the idea of purification. An idea I think modern listeners might struggle with but is none the less important. We see purification in two great ways, through waiting and patient watching, and through our suffering and struggles. How might our hearts be purified to be strong in the midst of everything, ready for the day when Christ comes.

The Readings are Malachi 3:1, Luke 2:22 and Psalm 3 -The Presentation of Christ in the Temple or The Purification of Saint Mary the Virigin pg 266
